Suzanne Delery began her work at RMC Property Group in April 2003 as a Construction Accountant. She was promoted to Senior Accountant then Development Controller and eventually to Corporate Controller in 2014. Her main focus is to oversee the accounting of all development and construction-related projects, maintain bank relationships, and ensure that proper financial controls are in place. Suzanne has worked in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Accounting for over 25 years. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and exhibiting professionalism through her work.

Prior to joining RMC, Suzanne held the position of Financial Services Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle where she oversaw the accounting of two major Class A office buildings. Additionally, she worked as a Financial Analyst at Morton Plant Mease’s Primary Care Division, where she maintained physician’s malpractice insurance and the accounting for the residency program. Prior to that, Suzanne held a Residential Real Estate license with ReMax Elite Properties in Burke, Virginia.
