David Moskovitz is the Director of Brokerage & Leasing Services at RMC Property Group, where he brings extensive expertise across multiple commercial real estate asset types, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily. With a career spanning over a decade, he has successfully completed more than $300 million in lease transactions and has been involved in an even greater dollar volume of investment sales.

Prior to joining RMC, David held positions with Cardinal Point Real Estate, a full-service commercial brokerage firm based in Tampa, and Ocean Properties Ltd., a privately owned international hotel management and investment company.

His deep understanding of both leasing and investment sales has allowed him to serve a wide range of high-profile clients, including Raymond James, SunTrust Bank, L’Oréal, Konica Minolta, Fidelity Investments, Darden, BlackRock, and many others.

David is actively involved in the commercial real estate community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay chapter of NAIOP, where he recently completed his term as President. He is also a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award, recognizing his leadership and performance in the industry. In addition, he was previously recognized by his peers as the top commercial real estate professional under 35 in the Tampa Bay region.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He was recently honored as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” alumni by the University of Central Florida for his career accomplishments.

A proud Tampa native, David is passionate about giving back to the community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is an active volunteer at his alma mater, Berkeley Preparatory School, where he serves as the Fundraising Chair on the Alumni Executive Committee.
