Julie Rice serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development at RMC Property Group.  In this role, she focuses on client relationships and on expanding RMC’s business development initiatives.

Julie has been involved with RMC on and off for six years before recently taking on a permanent position.  Her work has included market research, tenant solicitation, and event planning for the firm’s annual real estate convention.

Julie holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Miami, where she concentrated on business communication, intercultural communication, and organizational strategy.  Julie’s background also includes internships in commercial real estate, entertainment marketing, and media production, which bring a creative, audience-focused perspective to her work at RMC.
